Site Specific Engineering Design Services for Critical Asset Stormwater Mitigation & Repair City of Apalachicola is soliciting qualifications from qualified Engineering Companies for Engineering Design Services for Critical Asset Stormwater Mitigation & Repair. DESCRIPTION : The City of Apalachicola, Florida is seeking qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide services including, but not limited to, design, engineering, CEI and construction bid documents relating to critical asset stormwater conveyance repair and replacement at several locations within the City of Apalachicola. The successful candidate will be responsible for the engineering design, permits, and inspections of the project. All questions shall be directed in writing to the City Planner, Bree Robinson at brobinson@cityofapalachicola.com. Last day for questions will be Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. RFQs will be opened at City Hall and will be awarded at the next available City Commission meeting. All firms are required to complete and submit the requested documents as required by the solicitation. No proposals received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Apalachicola, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in Proposals received, whenever such waiver or rejection is in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
