Renovation of a residential development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Boston Housing Authority (BHA), one in Dorchester and one in Hyde Park, both of which are currently vacant and in need of renovation. BHA seeks proposals from housing developers or construction contractors who would ac- quire one or both units, renovate them, and return them to productive use as occupied permanently affordable housing. The disposition is subject to M.G.L. c.121B s. 26(p) and M.G.L. c. 30B, s. 16. Proposers may bid on one or both units. questions, comments, and all other communications regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to bids@bostonhousing.org no later than 2:00 PM on 12/27/2024 and will be accepted and processed by BHA solely in accordance with the terms of this provision. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so. Important: Proposers shall not be in contact with BHA residents.
