Crawford Central School District is accepting sealed bids for the Cochranton Jr./Sr. High School Exterior Entrance Door and Frame Replacement Project. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bid will be awarded on Monday, February 24, 2025. This section of specifications includes all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and all other means of construction necessary to perform the aluminum storefront framing and entrance door work, including doors, perimeter trims, accessories, shims and anchors, and perimeter sealing of units as shown on the drawings, described in this specification, or as is necessary to complete the work in a firstclass manner. B. All door hardware sets scheduled in Part 3, and all required cylinders shall be field verified on site and with the end users by the supplier prior to the submittal of the shop drawings. It is the responsibility of the General Contractor and door hardware supplier to provide all required hardware components to satisfy the intent of the drawings whether or not all required components are illustrated in the schedule or on the drawings Pre-bid RFI questions and answers will be sent to all bidders. RFI deadline is January 24, 2025. Answers will be public January 31, 2025.
