Site work and renovation of a civil project in Boynton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for performing all work necessary for: Section I (CWSRF Funding) Submersible Duplex Pump Station, 4" Force Main, Influent Pump Station Standby Generator, Secondary Lagoon Rehabilitation and Sludge Removal and Sludge Disposal. Section II (REAP Grant Funding) Capping-off Abandoned/Defective Service Lines Contractor shall provide a complete submersible pumping system for one (1) pump station. The system shall be a complete, fully integrated process system provided by a single coordinating supplier who shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required and shall supervise the installation, start-up, and testing using qualified technicians and other specialists. The supplier shall coordinate the equipment requirements with the mechanical and electrical requirements ofthe Contract Documents, shall integrate the equipment furnished with the requirements shown on the electrical drawings, and provide complete installation and interconnection drawings and diagrams required for installation, start-up, testing and adjustment. The pumping system for the pump station shall consist of two (2) submersible pumps, the electrical components, check valves, plug valves, access hatch covers, and a level control system. The contractor shall: 1. Locate the defective service lines using the photographs and GPS coordinates. 2. Excavate the defective service lines and cap off the line as required to prevent rainwater from entering the service line. 3. Photograph the completed repair prior to backfill. 4. Backfill, excavate and grade to drain. A. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required and install complete and make operational, electrical system as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. The work shall include the following: Coordinate the electrical service requirements with the power company and provide the electrical service(s) from the Power Company at the locations indicated. Provide conduit, wire and field connections for all motors, motor controllers, control devices, control panels and electrical equipment furnished under Divisions 1, 11, 13 and 15. Provide conduit, wiring and terminations for variable frequency drives, reactors, harmonie filters, transformers and power factor correction capacitors furnished and mounted under other related Divisions. Each bidder or their authorized representatives shall, before preparing their proposal, visit all areas ofthe existing buildings and structures in which work under this sub-bid is to be performed and inspect carefully the present installation. The submission ofthe proposal by this bidder shall be considered evidence that their representative has visited the buildings and structures and noted the locations and conditions under which the work will be performed and that he/she takes full responsibility for a complete knowledge of all factors governing his/her work. Furnish and install complete raceway systems as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. Home runs indicated are to assist the contractor in identifying raceways to be installed concealed or exposed. Raceways identified to be installed exposed on the Drawings shall be run near the ceilings or along the walls ofthe areas through which they pass and shall be routed to avoid conflicts with HVAC ducts, cranes and hoists, lighting fixtures, doors and hatches. Raceways indicated to be run concealed shall be run in the center of concrete floor slabs, in partitions, or above hung ceilings, as required. Furnish, install and test all wire, cable and appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. Furnish and install a complete underground system of raceways, manholes and handholes as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. All underground systems shall be encased as shown on the drawings. The Contractor shall be responsible for setting manholes and handholes at the proper elevation such that the pitch of raceways will be towards manholes and handholes and away from structures, vaults and buildings. Where referred in this Section, raceways are underground conduits - Ductbanks are a collection of underground raceways. Underground system is the collection of underground raceways, manholes and handholes. Ductbanks shall be constructed as shown on the drawings up to the building, structure, vault, manhole and handhole. Ductbank, manhole and handhole depths vary. Coordinate with other utilities, yard piping, yard structures and field conditions to determine required depths and install raceways, manholes and handholes at that required depth at no additional cost to the Owner. Ductbank routing and manhole/handhole locations shown on the Drawings are diagrammatically depicted. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required and install a complete grounding system in strict accordance with Article 250 ofthe National Electrical Code NEC All raceways, conduits, ducts and multi-conductor cables shall contain equipment grounding conductors sized in accordance with the NEC. Minimum sizes shall be No. 12 AWG. A supplemental grounding conductor shall be provided from each switchgear, switchboard, motor control center, power panelboard, lighting panelboard, to the buried ground grid. Supplemental grounding conductors shall be installed in PVC Schedule 80 conduit.
