Furnish all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct a diversion structure on the Republican River to provide excess flows to a new intake and pumping structure capable of providing a maximum of 35 CFS flows to the Bostwick Irrigation District Lower Superior Canal through a 36" transmission main approximately 7,000 feet in length discharging to the channel through an energy dissipating structure. The project also includes a flume gate structure downstream of the new discharge location and other such work as may be incidental to LOWER SUPERIOR CANAL EAST DIVERSION.
