The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for lawn care maintenance at the Mary L. (Holland) Carson Wellness Center, 46188 HWY 51, Stilwell, OK 74960. The Construction Company for the project is Maska Builders. The purchase order will be from date of award notification through the end of the fiscal year for Cherokee Nation, September 30, 2025, with the option to extend three (3) years through September 30, 2028 based on satisfactory performance, mutual agreement, and funding availability. The scope of work is included in this bid packet. Weekly lawn maintenance in all grassy areas to maintain a Uniform height and healthy appearance Edging along all sidewalks, driveways, and flowerbeds Removal of all grass clippings from hard surfaces after Maintenance Fertilization of lawns as needed Weed eating around trees, fences, buildings and other Structures Manual or chemical weed removal in and around flower beds, Mulched areas and along pathways Regular cleaning and inspection to water feature, pumps, Filters and nozzles to unsure proper functioning Application of appropriate water treatments to maintain Water clarity and prevent odors, and prevennt algae and Debris accumulation Maintenance of walkways and driveways free from debris Planting, mulching and care of seasonal flowers as needed Soil aeration and overseeding as needed Removal of dead or damanged branches, collection and Disposal of fallen branches or other debris Shoveling of all sidewalks, entryways, and high-traffic areas After each snowfall or as needed Application of de-icing agents in the expectation of hazardous Weather Removal of piled snow in designated areas to maintain Accessibility Winterizing of water feature and irrigation system yearly. Bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cherokee Nation reserves the right to determine if a bid meets stated requirements, and to award a purchase order for the bid that is in the best interest of the Cherokee Nation including but not limited to the total cost and capability of the bidder. Bidders are responsible for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of bids. To be considered, bids must be received by the specified date and time; any bid received after stipulated date and time will not be considered for award. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after bid due date.
