Renovation of a medical facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre CSR Program project consists of various renovations at Levels 2 and 3. The proposed renovations will provide spaces for Soiled Utility, Office and Central Scope Reprocessing in Level 3 and Cancer Centre Scope Storage, Diagnostic Imaging Ultrasound Probe Storage and Ambulatory Procedures Scope Storage in Level 2. Renovations to the program include upgrading the Cardiac Diagnostics Tee Probe Storage in Level 2 and Surgical Program Room in Level 3. Provide security for performance of the Contract in the form of a Performance Bond for 50% of the Contract Price. Provide security for payment of labour and material provided in the performance of the Work in the form of a Labour and Material Payment Bond for 50% of the Contract Price.
