Road Name Various Program Year 2025-2026 Group WP Number N/A Project Classification Engineering The scope of work includes all work necessary to deliver this Assignment as described in the RFQ Documents. The Service Provider shall plan, design and construct all work in conformance with Ministry of Transportation standards, criteria and requirements any area directives or specifications, and the Technical Standards and Specifications (Appendix 2). As well, when providing services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall comply with all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, industry best management practices, and other guidelines and procedures relevant to conduct the work. The Service Provider shall also consult any existing applicable MTO guidance documents as appropriate. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, documents with the most recent dates shall prevail. This Assignment includes Field investigations, investigation of all replacement options, evaluation, complete detail design for the recommended option, and preparation of two contract packages for fifty- three (53) non-structural centreline culvert locations. The following Group Work Projects apply GWP 6009-24-00, 31 NSC replacements on Highway 105, 125, 594, 618, and 17 GWP 6010-24-00, 22 NSC replacements on Highway 615, 71, 11 and 502. The Service Provider shall complete all necessary field work, collect data, complete drainage & hydrology studies to determine the required size of culvert for each location, confirm and develop the option recommended by the MTO. If the Service Provider determines a more feasible option than recommended by the MTO, the Service Provider shall notify the immediately for further discussions.
