Vertical Lift Modules Storage System King County is soliciting bids from interested and qualified firms to provide King County Metro with at least two (2) Vertical Lift Modules (VLM) / automated storage solutions for parts storage in the Vehicle Maintenance Building, and to provide product warranty; support; spare parts; and training. Question Deadline 01/02/2025 at 11:59 PM PT Scope of Work A. Delivery and Installation of Vertical Lift Modules (VLM) to King County Vehicle Maintenance Building located at: 12400 E Marginal Way S, Tukwila, WA 98168 B. Stay on track with VLM Delivery & Installation Timelines (Section 2.5 Part D) C. Commissioning of installed VLM ITB # KC001337 ITB-Vertical Lift Modules Storage System 12 Rev Date 2/17/2023 D. Training for King County personnel regarding the hardware and software of the installed VLM E. Provide minimum 2-year Warranty which will include all labor, materials, parts, and equipment necessary to service, support, and maintain all hardware and software associated with the VLM. Bidder shall provide extended warranty options. CONTRACT TERM This Contract shall be effective when countersigned by King County and shall expire 5 years after the date of the County signature, unless extended or terminated earlier pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
