The City is seeking an experienced firm to implement and manage a sanitary and storm sewer flow monitoring program. The Consultant will be responsible for providing all flow monitoring equipment to fulfil the requirements of this RFP. The City's objectives for the flow monitoring program in 2025 and beyond are to minimize site down-time and missing data, enable access to data daily, identify and address problem sites quickly, maintain high quality of data review, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and to obtain standardized reports documenting performance and results. The overarching objective is to increase the level of confidence in the incoming flow monitoring data.
