The RM of Leask No. 464 is seeking to crush aggreate for the purpose of Road graveling. For further information on this Tender please contact the municipal office. Gravel crushing shall be in accordance with the following quantities: 40,000 cubic yards at location NE & NW-27-45-08-W3; inclusive of cost for excavation and movement of product to crushing location. 50,000 cubic yards at location NE & NW-27-45-08-W3; inclusive of cost for excavation and movement of product to crushing location. 60,000 cubic yards at location NE & NW-27-45-08-W3; inclusive of cost for excavation and movement of product to crushing location. 80,000 cubic yards at location NE & NW-27-45-08-W3; inclusive of cost for excavation and movement of product to crushing location. An expected start and end date Date range January 15 to April 1/2025 References for past 2 years. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. A bidder may, without prejudice to himself, withdraw his tender at any time up to within two (2) hours of the time specified in Clause 1.1. The tenders received will be valid for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of the opening of the tender. Time will be of the essence of the Contract made with the successful bidder and the contractor will be required to comply strictly with the dates specified, subject to the terms of the contract. Penalty of $500/day may be applied at the discretion of RM for late completion. Council reserves the right to consider tenders with minor omissions provided that the bidder, if successful in the tender awarding, can rectify the omission within five (5) days of the tender being awarded.
