The Virginia Department of Corrections is seeking a DSBSD-certified vendor to clean all the HVAC systems in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Training school at the State Farm Correctional Center located at 3600 Woods Way, State Farm, VA., 23160. Buildings 1-6 have (2) two package units per building with various supply and return trunk lines throughout, and (2) two-bathroom exhaust fans with duct per building. The Training School, which is located outside of the perimeter, has 2 package units with various supply and returns. Buildings 1-6 have (2) two package units per building with various supply and return trunk lines throughout, and (2) two-bathroom exhaust fans with duct per building. The Training School, which is located outside of the perimeter, has 2 package units with various supply and returns. All components of the system to include, but not limited to:Fan Blower and housing, Supply registers, Return registers, Supply Ducts, Return Ducts, Condensate Drain Pan, Drain Pail, and Access Door Panels
