Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of March 12, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 27, 2025.** PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will generally consist of designing and building: o Prepping and grading the location of the building. o Installing a 30' x 50' concrete foundation with a 6" slab depth, sloped entrance, and footings as required. o Constructing a 30' x 50' or similar metal structure to store vehicles at the Public Works Department Yard. o Equipping the building with lighting and 200-amp service with outlets on each side. See the attached images of the size and location of the proposed building and acceptable building examples. All submissions must include all engineering construction documents.
