Bids Received More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays Before Time Set for Opening Bids Awarded Contractor Will Be Required to Sign an Affidavit of Compliance, as Well as Provide Payroll Reports.
