The awarded contractual Price Agreement(s) , shall be for a Vendor to provide Road Materials for Kern County plant pickup, Road Materials delivered in Kern County and Road Materials delivered and spread in Kern County. This will be for an initial one year term, with the possibility of extensions. Completion of the Quotation Request documents, including the Vendor Information portion, is a requirement and must be returned with your response. Failure to provide the required documents is grounds for disqualification. Mission/Overview: The County is seeking a Vendor that is qualified to provide the requested Road Materials, preferably with the option of the County picking up the materials from a Vendor location within Kern County, as well as the Vendor being able to deliver the materials through out Kern County and a Vendor that can provide the labor to deliver the material, then spread, or distribute the material on the roadway as appropriate, at locations within Kern County.
