Increment 1B of the comprehensive modernization project at Washington Middle School in Long Beach involves earthwork, shoring, and site utilities. Abatement and demolition were previously awarded under the Increment 1A bid. Shoring and earthwork are being rebid due to modifications made to the building foundation plans.
