Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruct the natural turf infield area at the South Delta Secondary School track located at 750 53 Street, Delta. This includes, but not limited to, the detailed design of drainage and irrigation, field markings, grading of infield area, new equipment, replacement of rubberized end zone and improvements to maintenance gate area. Lighting is not included in scope of work. In partnership with the Delta School District, this project focuses on upgrading the natural turf infield area to improve their condition, safety and playability for school and community use. TIMELINE: Repair work on the track and infield at the SDSS Oval started on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
