City of Delta invites bids for the construction of the Ladner Wharf Enhancement on Chisholm Street. The Work generally consists of: i. New surface decking and railing on an existing concrete deck on the foreshore of the Fraser River, located at 4857 Chisholm Street ii. Surface levelling work on adjacent City owned properties to improve accessibility for future public use and amenities iii. Amenities, such as pathways, plantings, lighting, furniture and other ancillary items on and around the wharf.
