41B Street improvement. The 41B Street roadway alignment should be reviewed to align with the 27B Ave/41B Street intersection and 41B Street north of the intersection. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide engineering services is closed. Award is pending. The 100% design of 41B Street should be completed by October 2025 and construction will be slated in spring of 2026 upon an approved budget. Further update in summer 2025, upon approvals.
