Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Development of a new natural turf baseball field for age category 11U (Mosquitos) and 13U (Pee Wee). The baseball field will include challenger dugouts, drainage, irrigation, LED field lighting, netting and associated pathways, vehicular access road and landscaping. Due to limited space, it is intended to incorporate netting with the lighting poles for LED field lights. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from engineering services is closed; preferred proponent is selected. The qualified professional should also complete a review for synthetic turf infield as part of the scope of this project and advise any opportunities for grants. A conceptual layout has been completed. Further update in late fall 2025, upon approvals.
