Renovation of a municipal facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

1. Work under this project will include removal and replacement of building signage at various entrance doors, restore and paint Canada word mark signage with flag emblem, replace roadway signage blades at site entrance from Annacis Parkway, and associated works to prepare and improve affected finishes. 1 Demolition and Removals: To the extent shown remove and dispose of the existing building and site signage indicated for replacement. 2. Replace Exterior Doorway Signage: Drawing A2-Replace signage with similar like-for-like bilingual signage as indicated at building pedestrian doorway. Provide all signage fasteners, spacers, and accessories. 3. Building Entrance Signage: Drawing A3-Remove existing sign from horizontal steel section. Prepare surface suitable for prime and paint to match existing conditions. Reinstall existing signage in existing location once paint conditions are acceptable to Departmental Representative. Provide all fasteners, spacers, and accessories 4. Restore and Repaint Building Word Mark Signage: Drawing A4 - Prepare and clean individual letters, flag emblem, and steel angle support attachment. Avoid disturbance to existing intact, well-adhered paint and only remove loose flaked paint. Clean surfaces with surfactant solution and rinse to clean of environmental residue. Prime and paint with formula for exterior - marine environment and to colour values indicated in Federal Identity Program. 5. Roadway Signage: Drawing A5 - Renove aluminum blade signage from bracket mount on steel posts at existing entrance drive. Repaint entire existing steel post assemblies. Reinstall existing blade mounting system. Replace with new aluminum bilingual signage both sides and provide fastening as indicated. 6. Contractor locates the overhead electrical service entrance or site transformers before any mobile hoists, work platforms, or scaffolding are brought to the project site. Take all precautionary steps in locating exterior hazards and report any adverse conditions to the Departmental Representative prior to mobilization on site. 7. All labour, materials, equipment, tools, etc. to reinstate building exterior finishes and trim, or hard and soft landscaping materials as affected by the work.
