The general scope of work for this project includes providing labor and materials necessary to remove the designated existing materials and install the new specified roofing and related components for Plymouth State University on the Lamson Library located at 29 Highland St in Plymouth, NH 03264. Deadline for written questions 12/20/2024 at 12:00 p.m Questions and inquiries concerning this solicitation shall be submitted through the UShopNH Event Q&A Board. Oral questions or responses will not be recognized as confirmed information. No interpretation of the meaning of the drawings, specifications, or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be on the Q&A Board or as a supplemental attachment. Anything stated orally yet not confirmed in the Event shall be considered as not having been said. Interpretations or supplemental attachments will be posted in the Event not less than four (4) business days, prior to the bid opening date. Failure of any bidder to review the Q&A Board and supplemental attachments shall not relieve him/her from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted . The successful bidders bid security will be returned upon delivery of satisfactory one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid when the information supplied does not satisfy the Owner that the Bidder is sufficiently responsible to entrust with the work of this contract.
