General A. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment required for the completion of the project or repair. B. The County does reserve the right to reject any quotes that are not in the County's best interest. C. This Contract will run from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026. A. The contractor is to provide labor and material pricing for one or more of the services described as Chimney Sweep, and Inspection Services as needed at all Dakota County buildings. B. This contract will be written for 2 years. B. This contract will be written for 2 years. C. This work may include working in a secured environment such as the County Jail and Juvenile facility. D. Please provide your Hourly Service Rates on the quote sheet of this request. E. You may include your companies rate sheet along with this Request for Quote. F. Work may require a written quote and approval prior to starting work. Disruption of Work Work which is noisy or creates unusual odors or dust will be completed after hours, on weekends, or during business hours with prior approval from the site supervisor. . Licenses. At its own expense, Contractor shall procure and maintain all licenses, certifications, registrations, permits, or other rights required for the provision of the Services under this Contract. Contractor shall furnish copies of the above to the County upon request. Contractor shall provide Notice to the County of any changes in the above within five (5) calendar days of such change. Any violation of this section is a material breach of this Contract. No Notice of Default is required to terminate under this section.
