This project will renovate the Intake portion of the Law Enforcement Center. Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in this RFB document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening bids. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project on February 4, 2025 at its regular meeting, and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The estimated construction cost is $1,300,000.
