The work shall include all labor, materials, safety and rental equipment (such as lifts), mobilization, tools, and incidentals necessary to provide window/screen washing and cleaning services as requested by the designated Project Manager, as specified herein and as per industry standards. The City will not provide any equipment, safety or otherwise, in the performance of these services. The City reserves the right to award to multiple contractors as it deems in its own best interests to do so.
