Tecumseh Middle School- Replace (1) existing heating only AHU located within the Auxiliary Gym and outside air intake hood with (1) new RTU located on the roof located above the Auxiliary Gym. The School Corporation has already purchased this new RTU and it is scheduled to ship mid-February 2025. The existing supply ductwork inside the Auxiliary Gym is to remain but have external insulation and pvc jacketing added. Removal of existing unit electrical feed and replacement with new unit electrical feed. Removal of existing unit controls and replacement with new unit controls. Project Description: The 2025 Castle North Middle School Cafeteria and Tecumseh Middle School Auxiliary Gym HVAC Replacements Project includes work at (2) schools-Castle North Middle School and Tecumseh Middle School. Castle North Middle School- Replace (1) existing 90 ton RTU located on the roof above the Cafeteria with (1) new 90 ton RTU. The School Corporation has already purchased and is in the possession of the new 90 ton RTU. Removal of existing unit electrical feed and replacement with new unit electrical feed. Removal of all existing unit controls and replacement with new unit controls. Removal of (24) existing VAV terminal units and controls and replacement with (24) new VAV terminal units and controls.
