Design-Build Services for Community Park in Poitras East Development Contractor(s) shall furnish the design services and construction services specified in the RFP for the Design-Build Services for the Community Park in Poitras East Development Project. Orange Ave., 4th Floor, Orlando, Florida 32801. The Surety must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida, must be included on the United States Department of the Treasurys Listing of Approved Sureties, and must have at least an A- rating in accordance with the most current A.M. Best Company financial strength ratings. This project is funded in whole or in part by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Proposers are required to be familiar and comply with any grant terms as set forth in the Supplementary Conditions attached as Exhibit G No award of a contract or subcontract can be made at any tier to any party which is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation pursuant to federal or state requirements. The applicable county is Orange County, and the construction type is: Building, Orange County, (FL20240218, 11/01/2024) Additionally, Respondent(s) shall provide its workers and require its Subcontractors to provide their workers with health benefits, such requirement being satisfied by providing to the workers on this project either 1) health benefits through a bona fide program or 2) by increasing their hourly wage by 20% .A person or affiliate, as defined in 287.133, Florida Statutes, who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposal, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a Design-Builder, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in 287.017, Florida Statutes, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of thirty-six (36) months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
