Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot medical facility.
East Carolina University in conjunction with ECU Health is seeking to design and construct a new 50,000-60,000 square foot regional behavioral health facility. Full site development including site utilities, parking drives, covered vehicle drop-off, sidewalks, landscaping, and access points are included in the scope.
