Elevator Modernization is needed at the following locations: o Creekland Middle School - Unit 1 o Creekview High School - Units 1 and 2 o Etowah East High School - Units 1 o Etowah High School - Unit 1 and 2 o Freedom Middle School - Unit 1 o Macedonia Elementary School - Unit 1 o River Ridge High School - Units 1 and 2 o Sequoyah High School - Unit 1 o Woodstock High School - Unit 1 All elevator modernization locations awarded must be completed by June 30, 2025. a. Hydraulic Passenger Elevator o New non-proprietary micro-processor based controller o New pumping unit and Maxton control valve o New MOVFR Door Operator with 3D safety edge o New door and track hardware o New interlocks and spirator hardware o New car top inspection station o New pit switch fixture and wiring o New Smartview 2-way video-phone o New traveling cable and wiring throughout o New surface hall stations with hoist way access at required floors o New car operating panel with LED position indicator o Retain car door panel o Retain hoist way door panels at all HW openings o New slide guide insert o Retain hydraulic jack o Replace hydraulic piston seal o All dismantled equipment to be removed from site o Adjust and inspect b. Electrical o Make the existing electrical circuits safe as needed for the elevator modernization o Power confirmation is included o Rework and reuse one (1) existing main fusible and lockable disconnect for the new elevator controllers o Rework and reuse one (1) existing fusible and lockable disconnect for the cab light circuits o Rework the existing cab light circuit and conduits as needed o Furnish and install new LED lighting in the machine room and elevator pit o Furnish and install GFI protection in the machine room and elevator pit o Furnish and install a new circuit for the HVAC unit o Furnish and install 3/4 " raceways and backboxes for new fire alarm devices c. Fire Alarm o Machine Room i. Reuse the existing smoke detector devices ii. Furnish and install a new primary and alternate relay for the machine room iii. Furnish and install a new fire hat relay for the machine room o Hoist way: i. Reuse the existing smoke detector and heat detector in the hoist way o Landings: i. Reuse the existing smoke detector at each stop d.
