Coventry Local Schools (CLSD) is requesting bids for Fire Doors - Coventry Middle School CLSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Anticipated Award Date: February 20, 2025 There will be a mandatory site visit on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 9am for potential bidders to view the project site. The mandatory walk-through will begin at Coventry Middle School located at 3257 Cormany Road, Coventry Township, OH 44319. Please let us know your intention to attend the mandatory site visit via email to Kelly Ratcliff, kratcliff@coventryschools.org , with the name of your company, and how many will be attending (limit to 2 representatives per vendor). The visit will start at Coventry Middle School, 3257 Cormany Road, Akron, Ohio 44319 promptly at 9 am (EST). **Please note, those bidders who have completed a site visit within the last 120 days prior to the RFP release date of December 13, 2024, are invited to but are not required to complete another walkthrough, but must submit updated bid proposals, including Exhibits A & B, by the required date.
