Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Long term (beyond 2027) future of the marina lands and associated water lot. TIMELINE: Request for proposal seeking the services of a consultant to consult and engage with the Oak Bay and Indigenous communities, potential partners, and other interested parties, is closed; preferred proponent is selected. The budget for this project is $120K. This amount is expected to cover any facility rentals, food, beverages, materials, advertising costs etc. necessary to deliver on the consultants proposed approach. Consultants are invited to list any additional recommended activities and, or value-added services, if beyond project scope as outlined above, and provide associated costs. Work will commence in early 2025 and the deliverables will be completed by February 2026. Project may be updated if/when is approved for tender. Coverage of this project is discontinued.
