Long term (beyond 2027) future of the marina lands and associated water lot. TIMELINE: Request for proposal seeking the services of a consultant to consult and engage with the Oak Bay and Indigenous communities, potential partners, and other interested parties, is underway. The budget for this project is $120K. This amount is expected to cover any facility rentals, food, beverages, materials, advertising costs etc. necessary to deliver on the consultants proposed approach. Consultants are invited to list any additional recommended activities and, or value-added services, if beyond project scope as outlined above, and provide associated costs. Timeline: Work will commence in early 2025 and the deliverables will be completed by February 2026.
