The Waste and Resource Recovery Division of General Services (WARR) operates a recycling area at the NACC to provide a cost-effective and safe single-stream recycling drop-off area for county residents. The following activities will be completed as part of the NACC recycling area improvements: A. The ENGINEER will obtain all local and state land disturbance permits. B. The CONTRACTOR will complete the following work: 1. Removal of one existing 2,683 SF landscaping island and light poles (2 total) 2. Abandon (in-place) one 15-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm sewer. 3. Complete upgrades to the existing traffic entrance ramp. 4. Replacement of one culvert, inlet structure, and curb drain. 5. Regrade the existing Ditch 5 to maintain the original line and grade and install EC-2 lining. 6. Final site stabilization.
