Renovation of a mixed-use development in Midlothian, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit bids for all labor, equipment, permits, fees, and materials necessary to replace select electrical equipment to include electric switchboards, transformers, and panels at Carver College and Career Academy (12400 Branders Bridge Road, Chester, VA 23831), Robious Middle School (2701 Robious Crossing Drive, Midlothian, VA 23113), and Salem Church Middle School (9700 Salem Church Road, Richmond, VA 23237) in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Question Deadline 01/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Glenise Evans, Senior Contract Officer, at (804) 748-1703, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov All work shall be performed by a licensed electrician. All work shall be completed during Summer Break of 2026, generally June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026. Contractor shall identify and provide records for all materials, equipment, or other components of the Project that are long lead-time items within (7) calendar days of Notice to Proceed Acceptance. Long lead time items are defined as having a delivery date longer than eight (8) months. Plan Holders List not maintained.
