Questions Due Date: Jan 9th 2025, 4:00 PM CST Online Portal PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK The SOQ of interested engineering firms shall demonstrate their experience and qualifications to provide the following services associated with the SEWRP Headworks Capital Improvements Project. 1. Proven experience and background in providing engineering services for Headworks rehabilitation projects. 2. Ability to analyze SEWRP Headworks operational components and perform a thorough condition assessment. 3. Develop prioritized list of recommended solutions and improvements for problems identified. 4. Provide technical documentations, reports, technical memorandums and cost estimates that will serve as basis for decision making for Headworks rehabilitation expenditures. 5. Perform study phase, preliminary and final design phases for identified projects. 6. Ability to develop complete construction contract documents for wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation projects. 7. Experience with State and Federal environmental permitting and regulations. 8. Develop Operations Manual. 9. Provide bid phase services.
