The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for janitorial services at the Siloam Springs Community Building located at 110 North Mount Olive Street. The Siloam Springs Community Building requires general cleaning after each scheduled event, a minimum of three times per week and a maximum of six times per week, plus a monthly deep cleaning. The cleaning tasks for this building will be performed in the evenings, usually after hours, and early morning hours. Bidders must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months, or any misdemeanor conviction involving physical violence or theft of property within the previous 60 months. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities. The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
