This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide services for the Columbia County Youth Center Project which will construct a new structure at the Magnolia Boys &Girls Club. The project will be funded under a grant award from the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program(ACEDP) administered by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC). The RFQ Evaluation Package (Form 13) includes the Criteria for Procurement rating sheet as well as the Rating Guidelines, Rating Sheets, and the Procurement Summary Sheets and instructions needed to evaluate qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
