Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot fire / police facility.

The SJSO complex is a 67 acre site that has been cleared, grubbed and elevated to a minimum site elevation of 45' with two permitted stormwater retention ponds onsite. New facilities have been constructed within the Sheriff's complex that are in use and entrance road is paved and complete. The Sheriff's Administration Building will be located within the Sheriff's Complex on 911 Law Enforcement Way (Parcel ID: 0955100020). The awarded CMAR shall be responsible for the successful, timely and economical completion of the construction of a 30,000-40,000sf stand-alone, multi-story facility that can be expanded in the future to an additional 60,000-70,000sf. The final size and components of the building shall be determined by the County's budget.
