As of September 18, 2025, this project is the design per the owner. A general contractor has been selected. Construction will begin May 2026 and be completed by January 29, 2028. *The solicitation has been included below for reference purposes* The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents licensed as Certified General Contractors in the State of Florida to perform Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the construction of a 30,000-40,000sf stand-alone, multi-story facility that can be expanded in the future to an additional 30,000-40,000sf. The Sheriffs complex is a 67 acre site that has been cleared, grubbed and elevated to a minimum site elevation of 45 with two permitted stormwater retention ponds onsite. New facilities have been constructed within the Sheriffs complex that are in use. The entrance road is paved and complete.
