All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors' Licensing Act of 1976 (TCA Title 62, Chapter 6) of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form provided with the Contract Documents. With its bid, each Bidder must deposit security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
