Renovation of an educational facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary for the Illinois State University Milner Library 4th Floor Carpet Replacement project. This project will provide flooring replacement of the entire 4th floor of Milner Library, with the exception of the central stairwell. The work of the project is defined by the solicitation documents and includes, but is not limited to, removal and proper disposal of approximately 31,000 SF of existing flooring finish and resilient wall base, along with installing new carpet tile, resilient wall base, and solid vinyl tile according to the construction documents and other work indicated in the contract documents. Project to be completed Summer 2025. To give questions appropriate consideration and to give bidders time to respond to the resulting clarifications, the University requires that all questions be submitted no later than 4:30pm January 14th, 2025 to Mary Kate Schopp at mkschop@ilstu.edu. There is a 12 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
