Bid shall provide removal and dispose of old UV systems and install new UV systems on all three bodies of water at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) indoor pools in Dublin, Ohio. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid The City of Dublin is seeking bids from licensed, qualified contractors to remove and dispose of old UV systems and install new UV systems on all three bodies of water at the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) indoor pools. The installation is also expected to utilize the existing plumbing and electrical sources connected to the old UV systems. The new UV systems will act as a secondary disinfection system as the primary disinfection is sodium hypochlorite. Remove current UV systems and properly dispose of and install new UV systems on all three bodies of water. 1. UV Systems a. Current UV systems act as the secondary disinfection system for its specific body of water b. Submit Replacement UV system for approval; It will need to at minimum equal the current system's performance or better. i. The City is willing to explore newer technology as it relates to improve the current operational needs, however these will need to fit within the budget. c. Provide a minimum of (1) year warranty on all materials and labor plus any manufacturer's warranties 2. Electric Power a. Reuse existing electrical power source / match current volts/watts/amps 3. Wall Space a. Ideally new devices can fit within wall space available b.
