Shop Addition / Renovation for the Following Project: a Shop Addition / Renovation for the City of Ardmore, Parks and Recreation Department, Ardmore, Ok, 2704 N. Rockford Rd., Ardmore, Ok. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids for at Least Thirty (30) Days. A Cashier's Check, a Certi Fied Check or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Per- Cent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany Ac the Sealed Pro- Posals of Each Bidder. The "Owner", City of Ard- More, Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals or to Waive Any Informal- Ity or Technicality in Any Proposal in the Interest of the City of Ardmore. The project consists of the construction of a 60' x 100' PEMB addition to the existing shop to include a wash bay, tall stem wall to accommodate the existing sloping site and interior concrete steps. A portion of the existing shop area will be renovated for a break area, tool room and secure storage with a mezzanine above for storage. The existing men's restroom shall receive new plumbing fixtures and finishes. Refer to the contract documents for all work including Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical.
