Interior Demolition and Roof Repairs Project Location: 534 West Church Street Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006 Demolition of interior space of 2,100 square foot building. Ceiling has trace of asbestos . Demolition to include sheetrock ceiling, insulation and ductwork. All interior walls and electrical components. The roof is currently leaking and the repair is to include 26 gauge standing seam roof over the existing flat roof. More details in the RFP. Construction Cost Range: $25,000- $50,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. he Building is approximately 2,100 square feet (30' x 70') cement block building with a concrete slab floor and wood frame, flat roof. The HVAC unit is located on the roof and will remain. The scope of work includes the removal of various interior elements, the repair of the flat roof using 26 gauge standing seam roofing material and the removal of all electrical wiring and fixtures. Interior Demolition: Interior Walls: Demolish and remove all interior walls, including framing and finishes. Sheetrock Ceiling: Remove all sheetrock from the ceiling, including any framing and fasteners. Ceiling Insulation: Remove all insulation material from the ceiling.
