Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes: The construction of improvements to the clarifiers to include demolition, site work, excavation and grading, furnishing and installing new junction box weirs, furnishing and installing new recirculation pumps, furnishing and installing a new scum pump station, a shed structure, piping, electrical and SCADA. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders.
