Description: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for qualified licensed contractors for general construction services for on-call/on-demand basis, for the following general construction classifications: o Low Voltage Electrical and Cabling o Plumbing o HVAC/Mechanical o Exterior/Interior Painting The City of Carlsbad is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed contractors for general construction services for on-call/on-demand described herein. Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-153 multiple source award; limitations on use and Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-154 Multiple source award; determination required, the City of Carlsbad has determined that it is necessary to make a multiple source award to ensure the City can address construction needs, as they arise, in a timely manner.
