Partners For Active Living is seeking bids from vendors to provide construction services for the Construction of Wildflower Way Trail in the City of Spartanburg. Construction of approximately 50L.F. of elevated wood boardwalk to be built on existing wood piles. This construction will require the general contractor to have a valid bridge license.
