The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is for CMHA Peel Dufferin ("CMHA") to secure AV Equipment, Services and Maintenance from a qualified supplier to be enable 3 locations for CMHA. CMHA researched various types of Audio-Visual Equipment to determine the best fit for use as it applies to their needs to enhance our meeting capabilities with state-of-the-art technology that supports video conferencing, presentations, and collaborative work.
