The Taunton Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for Annual Preventative Maintenance Services on Ductless Mini-Split-System for the Local Housing Authorities located in Bristol County Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein. The estimated three (3) year value of this Contract Three Hundred Seventy-Five thousand dollars ($ 375,000.00) All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to John Massey no later than Thursday January 16, 2025. Questions and requests for interpretations may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the HHA. All bids are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.30. and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Invitation to Bid.
