Marion County is seeking the best-qualified company(s) or firm(s) to provide HVAC services to Marion County. In order to expand opportunities for the labor market, Marion County may award contracts to multiple vendors (allowing for fair competition) for the trade listed within this document, if it is in the best interest of the County. Perform HVAC replacement and repairs on an as needed basis to Marion County owned and leased buildings. The County will require that the Contractor be on call on a 24-hour basis for any emergency that may occur. The firm must be able to respond to the County site within four (4) hours after request for regular service and within two (2) hours of an emergency request for service. TERMS OF CONTRACT Three (3) years with two (2) annual renewal options. All prospective respondents are hereby advised to NOT CONTACT County officials other than Marion County Procurement Staff with regard to this project.
