No Bid May Withdrawn for a Period of Ninety (90) Days After the Time of the Opening of the Bids. Question Deadline 01/07/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Written Questions Only Will Be Addressed by Addendum. The Written Questions Must Be Submitted via Email to Julie Doerr at Jdoerr@ Millsgrouponline.com. With Response Back to the Contractors No Later Than 12:00 Pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Any Contractor Submitting a Bid on This Project Hereby Certifies, Indicates, and Acknowledges That He/she Has a Contractor's License and Meets All the Qualifications Required by the Statutes of the State of West Virginia and Subdivision in Which the Work is to Be Performed. The Wheeling Park Commission (Owner) Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities Therein.
